Romantic Holiday Makes Couples

With Valentine's 14 of February month, romance is in the air. These are some expressions to help you in the love game. We are all looking for a soul mate, someone we can devote to, give attention and share everything important in life with. But that doesn't mean we are all looking for the same thing. Take Alexander and Hilary, for example. Alexander is middle aged and single again. What he really needs is a nice quite and kind girl, but he thinks of himself as a bit of Romeo, a very romantic and attractive man. He tells his friends he wants to meet a really sophisticated lady. Alexander went to the most expensive cocktail bars looking for a sexy, glamorous woman, but he should be careful. After all, his previous girlfriend thought he was a wimp, weak and unattractive man. When he complained that she was a flirt - pretended to be romantically interested in someone without really meaning it - she left saying such words: "Don't worry, there are plenty more fish in the sea" - there are other possible partners in the world. So, Alexander went on a blind date, a date with someone he had never met before, but ended up with a femme fatale a woman who breaks men's hearts.

Hilary is also unattractive - single. She tells her friends that she is going to find a gorgeous hunk, a very attractive man. She doesn't mind if he is a toy boy much younger than she is. After all, Hilary has met enough Don Juans, men who are known for their seduction and love of women. She dreams about Prince Charming, a kind and honest man, but if you look at her old lover, he was a real Casanova. He whispered romantic and beautiful words, gave her twelve red roses every Friday night, a weekend for two in Paris - and he had a wife and three children. What a rat! So, she is unlucky one. But all has its date. On 14 February this year I introduced her to the same man she was unlucky and disappointed. His name was Alexander. They got on swimmingly. So, here is an example how Valentines' Day helped to find a soul mate. I wish everyone could find it too, no matter what day it would be.
